It's getting easier not to snack at night, but only as long as I get all of my calories during the day. Now the hardest part is finding appropriate times to go walking. But I feel good about this still. I don't have a scale, and I'm not sure if that's a good thing or a bad thing. It's good because I don't have to be obsessed or focused on numbers, but bad because I can't see in print that I'm making progress. I think next week may be a carb-free week for me, just to get things rolling faster. I want results. Fast. And I know I need to get out of that mindset because it'll be easier to be disappointed and go back to old habits for comfort.
